FAQ
Q: How is my order produced?
A: We print our products on our Xerox and Oce digital presses, which are both calibrated to international colour standards (ISO 12647). They are printed on a high quality material. Our mugs are produced on our sublimation mug press.
Q: How quickly will I receive my order?
A: Orders will be printed and despatched within 24 hours of ordering, and will be posted Royal Mail First Class, which is a 1-2 day service.
Q: I have forgotten to organise the funeral stationery. How quickly can you send me my order?
A: It is possible to get your order to you the following day. To guarantee this we can use a recorded delivery service, which will add £15 to the order. If you require a fast turn round, please call us on 020 8301 5900 and we will make sure your order is processed quickly.
Q: How can I pay?
A: We can accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Solo, Electron etc.
Q: Are payments over the internet safe?
A: Yes, all payments are handled by SagePay using a secure server. Your card details will be encrypted before they are sent, making online transactions safe.
Q: Which format do my own images need to be in?
A: We accept all the most common formats - JPEG, GIF, BMP, & PNG. We recommend your image (file) has a resolution between 640 x 480 and 1280 x 960 or is sized at least 300kb for the best results. We cannot accept responsibility for images supplied that are of poor quality.
Q: Why can I not upload my images or create my stationery?
A: To enable all functionality when ordering your items please ensure that:
• pop ups on your PC are not blocked
• javascript or active scripting is enabled (this is enabled by default)
Q: What happens if I spot a spelling mistake on my order?
A: If you spot the error very soon after ordering, please contact us immediately on 020 8301 5900 and we may be able to cancel the order before it has been printed at no cost. However, should the error only be identified once the order has been received, an additional order will need to be placed on the site.
